How to make Konjac Tofu at home?

Produce

1.Dissolve 5g of calcium hydroxide in 150g of water and set it aside. Weigh out 35g of konjac flour and keep it aside.

2.Pour 1000ml of cold water into a pot and heat it to around 80 degrees Celsius. Reduce the heat and slowly sprinkle in the 35g of konjac flour while continuously stirring to prevent lumps until it becomes thick and sticky.

3. Gradually pour in the calcium hydroxide solution while stirring rapidly until absorbed. Continue stirring the konjac mixture and allow it to slowly solidify. Then, turn off the heat.

  4. Cover the pot and let it sit for two hours to expand and take shape. Once the konjac tofu is formed, pour water and cook for 15 minutes. Remove it and place it in cold water to cool.

How to cook konjac tofu?

Ingredients:

konjac tofu 250g

Oil 30g

Garlic 20g

Chili 7g

Soy sauce 5ml

Chili sauce 5ml

Step1:  Rinse the kojac tofu.

Step 2:  Konjac tofu 200g, cut into the shape of fries, put in a pot and cook until boiling, fish out

Step 3: Pour 30g of oil into the pan, garlic 20g small pepper 7g, Konjac tofu 250g, soy sauce 5ml, chili sauce 5ml shallot 15g, stir fry for 5 minutes and enjoy this delicacy.
