Garli 8g                        

chili 3g

Onion 50g

Shrimp 200g                            

clam 200g                       

cooking wine 20g                         

water 50ml                         

salt 1g                                

Black pepper 1g

Introduction:

  1. put the dry konjac noodle into boiled water and cook 10 mins or until it softend.   
  2. Remove the noodle from pan ,rinse with water ,then drain and set aside. 
  3. Heat oil in pan,add garilc , chili,onion and shrimp,clam and sitr.
  4. Add cooking wine and water in pan and covered it to cook 1-2mins or until all are fully cooked and pick the seafood out.             
  5. Add noolde to pan and toss thoroguhly ,add the seafood and cilantro.
