Ingredients:
100g konjac noodles
180g carrot
250g cabbage
80g mushroom
15g scallion
15g ginger
30g dried shrimp
160g ground pork
15g soy sauce
7.5ml cooking wine
7.5ml oyster sauce
3g sugar
15g oil
1.Prepare the konjac noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Rinse them thoroughly, chop them into small pieces, and mix them with soy sauce until well coated.
2.Finely chop the carrots, mushrooms, scallions, ginger, and cabbage.
3.Salt the cabbage to draw out excess moisture, then squeeze it dry.
4.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, chopped scallions, ginger, and oil. Add the prepared shrimp, carrots, konjac noodles, and cabbage. Stir until well combined.
5.Prepare a dough by gradually adding 125g of water to 250g of flour. Mix until the flour forms a dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
6.Roll out the dough and cut it into small circles. Place a spoonful of the filling mixture in the center of each circle, then fold and seal the dumplings.
7.Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the dumplings. Cook for 10 minutes after the water comes to a boil, then remove the dumplings and serve.
