Ingredients:

1 package of Konjac noodles(Drained weight:200g)

Chicken breast 200g

Black pepper 3g

Onion 1/2

Mushroom 50g

Tomato 150g

Shallot 10g                         

Soy sauce 10ml

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare Wooslim shirataki noodle 200g, open the package, rinse with water for two minutes, filter out some of the water and set aside.

Step 2: Deep fry 200g of chicken breast until the surface is golden brown, add 3g of black pepper, mix well and set aside.

Step 3: Pour Wooslim shirataki noodle 200g into the pan and stir fry for 30 seconds, add onion 50g, garlic 2g, mushroom 50g, tomato 50g, scallion 3g, chicken breast and shirataki noodle and mix well to enjoy this dish!

Curry chicken rice

Ingredients:                

1 package of Konjac Rice(Drained weight:200g)

Onion 1/2

Chicken breast 200g

Carrot 80g

Potatoes 80g

Curry 30g

Water 200g

Instructions:

1. Prepare Konjac Rice as per the directions on the package.                                         

2. Heat 30ml oil in a fry pan, add onion and cook until softened; add chicken breast, potatoes, and carrot and stir-fry for 1 min.                   

3. Add 200g water and covered the frying pan until all are tender.                          

4. Add Curry block until it melts, pour out the pan, and mix with Rice.
